Refund policy

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless the item remains unopened and unused. Please contact shop for any issues pertaining to returns. 

Replacements:

We will replace any broken in shipping, damaged in shipping, leaking, or any otherwise defective product at the fault of the shop or shipping company.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are at the shop's discretion. Partial refunds may be available at said shop's discretion if you're just not happy with the product, however this will exempt you from any other refunds in the future of that nature. (Exempt would be as described in replacement.)

 

Please note: While conditions covered here will be at minimum honored, possibly exceeded, all other situations will be at shop's discretion. These are here as guidelines and shop will do the best possible to keep customers happy within reason.
